An Honest Comparison

ThickRx™ vs. Upsize. Both publish prices. Read the fine print anyway.

Upsize deserves credit: like us, they publish their prices. So the real differences live elsewhere — who examines you, who injects you, how far you drive, and what the entry price actually buys. Here are the facts, including where they're strong.

Private consult, with the physician who performs the procedure. Nobody knows. That's the point.

Facts on this page come from publicly available sources as of August 2026. If Upsize updates their pricing or locations, we'll update this page. Corrections welcome.
The Short Version

A growing network. And a doctor down the road.

Upsize is a certification-driven network founded in 2023 by two physicians, now at roughly two dozen locations across the U.S. It's a real business with real published pricing. It's also two hours away — and the provider varies by location.

A

Upsize: a multi-state network

Upsize operates clinics across multiple states through a training-and-certification model. Their published tiers run $3,990–$10,990, with lower-priced ancillary services (a penile Botox-type option at $1,890) and financing from $199/month. The free consultation is a phone screen. Their only New Jersey location is Fair Lawn, in Bergen County — no Philadelphia, South Jersey, or Delaware clinic.

B

ThickRx™: one physician, one clinic

ThickRx was developed by Dr. Daniel Francis, D.O., and is performed by Dr. Francis — at one clinic in South Jersey, at every visit. Four published tiers, $4,990–$9,900, flat and final. Your consult is a private, in-person evaluation with the physician who treats you. No incisions. No rotating injectors. No games with pricing.

Side by Side

The comparison, in plain terms.

Every claim below traces to public sources — their website, published pricing, and verified advertising. Nothing here is spin.

UpsizeThickRx™
The model Multi-state provider network (roughly two dozen locations), grown through a training-and-certification program. Founded 2023 by two physicians. Single clinic in South Jersey. Physician-owned and physician-performed.
Who injects you Varies by location — the certified provider at the clinic nearest you. Dr. Daniel Francis, D.O. Every session. Every visit.
Nearest to Philly / South Jersey Fair Lawn, NJ (Bergen County) — roughly a 2-hour drive. No Philadelphia, South Jersey, or Delaware location listed. Right here in South Jersey, minutes from the Philadelphia metro.
Published pricing Tiers $3,990–$10,990, published on their site. "From" prices in their ads vary by metro. Four published tiers, $4,990–$9,900 — same price everywhere, because there's one clinic. See pricing.
The entry price Advertising leads with "from $1,890" — a penile Botox-type service, not dermal filler. Filler tiers start at $3,990. Our filler program starts at $4,990 — the honest floor for the actual procedure. No teaser tiers.
First conversation Free consultation by phone screen, then scheduling at a network clinic. Free private consult — in person, with the physician who performs the procedure. Book online or call.
Before & after photos A public gallery (roughly eight published pairs). None published yet — by choice. Ours launch open-access, dated, and measured under our registry protocol, or not at all.
Guarantees None offered. None offered — we won't promise what medicine can't. We publish prices and tell some consults no.
Where they're strong Credit where due: Upsize publishes real tier pricing — rare in this category, and the right thing to do. They were founded by physicians, offer lower entry price points and financing from $199/month, and have published before-and-after photos while we have not. If you live in North Jersey or near one of their other cities, their clinic may simply be closer. That matters, and we won't pretend otherwise.

What Actually Matters

Three questions to ask any provider. Including us.

Take these to every consult. Any provider worth your trust will answer all three in writing.

01

"Who injects me next time?"

Aesthetic results in this procedure build across sessions. Ask whether the same injector performs every session — and who takes over if they don't. At ThickRx, the answer is one name: Dr. Francis.

02

"What does the entry price buy?"

A "from" price is a door, not a plan. Ask exactly which procedure and how much product the advertised price includes — and what the plan you actually need will cost, all-in, in writing.

03

"Is my consult an exam or a phone call?"

A phone screen can qualify a lead. Only an in-person physician evaluation can assess anatomy, candidacy, and the honest answer — including "this isn't right for you." Here, the consult is with Dr. Francis. And it's free.

Honest Answers

Frequently asked questions.

Is ThickRx affiliated with Upsize?

No. ThickRx is an independent, physician-developed program by Dr. Daniel Francis, D.O., at South Jersey Aesthetics. Upsize is a separate company with its own provider network; we have no affiliation. This page is our honest comparison, based on publicly available information.

Upsize advertises lower prices. Is Upsize cheaper?

At entry, yes. Their $3,990 filler tier sits below our first tier at $4,990, and their "from $1,890" advertising refers to a penile Botox-type service — a different procedure from dermal filler. Comparing full plans is harder: their advertised prices vary by metro. Our advice for any provider — including us: compare the same filler volume, all-in, in writing.

Where is the nearest Upsize clinic?

Per their published locations, their only New Jersey clinic is in Fair Lawn (Bergen County) — roughly a two-hour drive from the Philadelphia–South Jersey area. They list no Philadelphia, South Jersey, or Delaware location. ThickRx is performed in South Jersey by Dr. Francis.

What's the difference between their free consultation and yours?

Theirs is a phone screen. Ours is a private, in-person evaluation with Dr. Francis — the physician who performs every procedure. An exam can assess anatomy and candidacy; a phone call cannot. Sometimes the honest outcome of ours is "no." We consider that a feature.

Do ThickRx and Upsize use the same approach?

Both offer non-surgical girth enhancement using hyaluronic acid dermal filler, which is reversible. HA fillers are used off-label for this purpose; this use has not been evaluated by the FDA. The difference is the model: a multi-state network versus one physician performing every procedure himself.

Two hours to Fair Lawn. Or twenty minutes to a doctor who says no.

A free, private consult with Dr. Francis — the physician who performs every ThickRx procedure. Published prices. No games. Nobody knows. That's the point.
