Discretion by Design

Nobody knows. That's the point.

Discretion isn't a courtesy we extend — it's the design principle the entire practice is built around. Here is exactly how your privacy is protected, end to end.

A deliberately separate practice

ThickRx operates apart from South Jersey Aesthetics — separate website, separate scheduling, separate communications — so your visit never intersects with anyone else's business.

Private scheduling

Consultations are scheduled to minimize waiting-room time and are always one-on-one with Dr. Francis. Prefer to start remotely? Begin with a private phone or video call.

Protected by federal law

Your records are protected by HIPAA like all medical care. Nothing is shared, confirmed, or discussed with anyone without your written authorization.

Unmarked communications

Calls, texts, and mail from our office are discreet and non-descriptive. Nothing on a lock screen or envelope reveals anything.

Non-descriptive billing

Billing descriptors don't name the procedure. Financing statements reference the lender, not the treatment.

No marketing use, ever

Your information is never used in marketing without explicit written consent. Reviews and testimonials are always voluntary and patient-initiated.

In Practice

What discretion looks like on the day

You arrive at a medical office that serves many purposes — nobody in the building knows why anyone else is there. You meet directly with Dr. Francis. The procedure leaves no visible sign in clothing: no dressings, no cast, nothing to explain. Most patients are back at work the next day, and the only person who ever knows is the one you choose to tell.

“Half my patients tell no one — not even a partner. That's their right, and the practice is engineered to make it possible.”

Start privately

Begin with a discreet phone or video call — no office visit required until you're ready.
